At Carton Developments Ltd, we are dedicated to delivering a wide range of construction projects, including residential extensions, new builds, large-scale developments, and various commercial ventures. Our focus is always on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

With rapid expansion we are looking to add to the team a Multi-Trade Operative based in Central Scotland.

Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans. Measuring, cutting, and shaping timber for various joinery works, including door and window frames, stairs, skirting boards, and architraves. Install work in accordance with relevant regulations and standards. Working with other tradespeople, to ensure that works are completed to the required standards and on time. Maintaining accurate records of materials used and works carried out.
Requirements:

NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on maintenance and refurbishment joinery works. A background in void or tenanted property would be highly beneficial Knowledge of relevant building regulations and standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. A full UK driving license.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18.00-23.00 per hour
