Joiner

Are you a skilled Joiner with a background in technical, electrical, or fabrication work? Do you enjoy hands-on craftsmanship and building high-quality, bespoke products? We're looking for an experienced Joiner to join our friendly, dynamic team.

This practical and varied role involves working on specialist vehicle builds and conversions. You'll use your joinery skills with materials such as wood, metal, and composites, and be involved in everything from assembly and installation to problem-solving and custom finishes.

You'll be working in a well-organised workshop environment alongside a team that values attention to detail, structure, and top-quality output.

The role:

Assembly and installation of bespoke vehicle interiors and fittings. Working with wood, metal, and composite materials. Safe use of workshop machinery, power tools, and chemicals. General workshop duties. Applying problem-solving skills in an engineering setting. Following strict industry guidelines and safety standards. Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (a bonus, not essential).

The Applicant must have:

Experienced Joiner with a practical mindset Background in technical, electrical, or fabrication environments is advantageous Confident working with a range of materials Able to follow structured processes and work to high standards Strong attention to detail is a must Willingness to learn and contribute to a team-focused environment
Pay is dependent on experience with a guaranteed pay scale.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
