C L Danson (Building Contractors) Limited are looking to recruit an experienced & capable Joiner

C L Danson (Building Contractors) Limited are a reputable and established Building Contractor providing refurbishment, maintenance and repair services to various clients including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Loss Adjusters and Insurers throughout the North-West of England.

Job Requirements:

Full driving licence. NVQ Level 3 qualification in Joinery or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 5+ years of practical experience as a Site Joiner Proficiency in various aspects of joinery including both 1 and 2 fix Ability to interpret technical drawings and work independently or as part of a team. Have a positive "can do" attitude. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Strong communication skills with colleagues and follow-on trades is essential due to the nature of the projects we undertake. CSCS card You will have a strong background of joinery and carpentry, with experience of working on refurbishment projects of a residential and light commercial nature.

Responsibilities:?As a Joiner with C L Danson Building Contractors Limited, you will be responsible for:

Executing various joinery tasks on our sites, including fitting doors, windows, kitchens and studwork partitions. Works also include fitting of general 1st & 2nd fix items, and sundry joinery items such as covers, cabinets and other similar fittings. Projects will range from regional refurbishments through to minor repairs to properties throughout Lancashire. Ensuring the timely completion of projects while adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaborating with other team members and subcontractors to achieve project goals. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Salary and Benefits:

Negotiable Salary:?We understand the value of your skills and experience as a Joiner. The salary for this position is 17.50 per hour based on a 40-hour working week. Price work is available where possible.
