Job Description
John G Baird Ltd, a well-established multi trade company which is based in Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and Moray areas have new exciting opportunities to join our expanding team.
Due to recent contract awards and an ever increasing workload from current clients in both the domestic and commercial sector we are seeking applications for a Maintenance Joiner to join the growing team in the Moray & Aberdeenshire areas.
Works carried out, but are not limited too, range from void repairs, day to day repairs, kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms, heating installations and refurbishments of domestic and commercial properties.
Essential Skills Required:
Time-served with good all-round knowledge of maintenance
Survey jobs and order materials and plan workload
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills
High level of customer care
Work as part of a team, follow instructions, work on own initiative and be adaptable to any problems
Certification:
Time served joiner
CSCS card or similar
Desirable Skills:
Working at Height
PASMA / IPAF
Asbestos Awareness
Manual Handling
Package:
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 5pm
