Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced joiner supervisor / Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction disciplines, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

Supervise daily operations on-site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Oversee fabrication and assembly tasks, ensuring proper use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Manage carpentry, joinery, roofing, plumbing, masonry, electrical work, and construction painting activities. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with project specifications. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders including clients, architects, and engineers. Maintain accurate records of project progress and report on any issues or delays. Ensure that heavy lifting tasks are performed safely and efficiently by trained personnel.

Experience

Proven experience in a Site Manager role or similar position within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and assembly processes. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and various construction methodologies. Experience in carpentry, joinery, roofing, plumbing, masonry, electrical work is highly desirable. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by site conditions. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation. Pay: 40,000.00-60,000.00 per year
