We're growing and looking for a skilled Garage Conversion Specialist to join our team.

Martin Building Ltd is a well-established construction business known for high-quality

structural work, garage conversions, and home extensions. We're launching a dedicated

garage conversion team due to strong demand.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Converting residential garages into liveable spaces (bedrooms, offices, lounges, etc.)

- Working from plans and structural drawings

- Liaising with the team to ensure projects run smoothly and stay on schedule

- Ensuring high standards of finish and site safety

What We're Looking For:

- Proven building or joinery experience (especially in conversions or structural work)

- Own van and tools (essential)

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently or lead on small jobs

- Reliable, tidy, and professional
