Joiner / Carpenter

We're a growing construction firm with a youthful, friendly team that takes pride in quality workmanship and a positive work atmosphere. We're currently looking for a skilled Joiner to join our crew.

Most of our projects involve renovation and refurbishment work, though we also take on some new builds from time to time. We don't work on large commercial sites -- instead, our focus is on domestic and bespoke projects where attention to detail and craftsmanship really matter.

A full driving licence is essential, and a company van will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Carry out roofing tasks as required, ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing. Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry and joinery is essential. Strong skills in fabrication and assembly techniques. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in the construction industry. Experience with roofing, plumbing, masonry, and electrical tasks is advantageous. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
