MJM Joinery and Construction Ltd is a property maintenance company based in Clydebank who carries out reactive maintenance and void property works on behalf of a number of social housing clients throughout the Greater Glasgow area.
Fully qualified, time served Joiner required to undertake carry out various maintenance contracts within the social housing sector. The works will be based in the Greater Glasgow area. Applicants must be comfortable working in domestic properties and must have good communication skills in order to liaise with tenants and supervisor and planning team.
The role will consist of carrying out reactive maintenance work and carrying out works in void properties for social housing associations. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in this area.
We are looking for someone who is able to work on their own and as part of a team, you will need to be forward thinking and able to demonstrate an excellent level of quality in your work.
