Garden Solutions designs and builds high-quality garden offices, Home Office Pods, pergolas, decking, meeting pods, and bespoke timber structures. Our workshop prepares most components in advance, and our installation team completes the builds on-site. We value reliability, solid craftsmanship, and a positive attitude.

We are looking for a skilled Joiner to join our team under the JobStart Scheme who can confidently work in both the workshop and on customer sites. The role includes preparing timber components, assembling products, and assisting with installations. You'll work closely with our small team and help us maintain the quality and reputation of our builds.

Main Responsibilities:

Cutting, preparing, and assembling timber components for garden offices and pods.

Reading basic drawings and following build instructions.

Assisting with on-site installation of structures, including framing, cladding, roofing, and interior finishes.

Working with a range of tools and machinery safely and responsibly.

Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high workmanship standards.

Helping load, unload, and organise materials for site work.

Keeping the workshop tidy and supporting efficient workflow.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Previous joinery or carpentry experience (workshop or site).

Confident in using hand tools and power tools.

Good attention to detail and pride in the final finish.

Ability to work safely in a workshop and on customer properties.

Comfortable working as part of a small team.

A positive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learn our system.

Full UK driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
