Role Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Joiners or individuals with a strong background in joinery to join our production team. You will be involved in the construction and assembly of timber-based modular buildings and cabins, working to high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of joinery work, including first and second fix Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements Assemble timber frames, floors, walls, roofs, and fittings Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively Work as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in joinery or woodwork (minimum 1-2 years) Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to read technical drawings (advantageous) Good teamwork and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and hard-working

Desirable

NVQ or relevant qualification in Joinery/Carpentry (not essential if experienced) Experience in modular or off-site construction
