Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to fabricate and install various wooden structures and components. This role involves working with a variety of materials and tools to create high-quality finishes in residential and commercial projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures Perform joinery tasks using hand tools and power tools to ensure precision in measurements and cuts. Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing wooden structures, ensuring safety and durability. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and masons, to complete projects efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site, particularly when using power tools or working at height on roofs. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all tools are stored correctly after use.

Experience

Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter is essential. Proficiency in using both hand tools and power tools is required. Strong understanding of joinery techniques and practices is essential for success in this position. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship are crucial attributes for candidates applying for this role.

Pay: 17.00-22.00 per hour
