We are seeking an experienced

Multi-Skilled Joiner / Tradesperson

for freelance work on a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be reliable, skilled across multiple trades, and able to work independently to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Masonry work including brick, concrete, and stone construction and repairs Carpentry and joinery tasks such as framing, doors, and stairs Roofing installation, repairs, and replacement Basic electrical work including wiring and fitting fixtures Plumbing installation for water supply and drainage Fabrication and assembly using hand tools Safe operation of power tools Painting and finishing works

Requirements

Proven experience as a Joiner or Multi-Skilled Tradesperson Strong skills in carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and painting Confident use of hand and power tools Ability to work independently and manage tasks on site

Experience (Preferred)

Joinery: 5 years Carpentry: 5 years

Licences / Certifications (Preferred)

CSCS Card Full UK Driving Licence

Important Notice

self-employed freelance role

responsible for their own tax and National Insurance contributions
