Job Summary

Property Revival Solutions Ltd are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team carrying out insurance reinstatement works thought out Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife and the central belt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to assemble, fabricate, and install various wooden structures and fixtures. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and a solid understanding of building techniques, including roofing, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. The Joiner will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Rate of pay is negotiable DOE

Responsibilities

Assemble and fabricate wooden structures according to specifications and design plans. Use power tools effectively and safely for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless integration of carpentry work with plumbing, electrical, and masonry tasks. Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing structures as needed. Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout the duration of projects.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter in a similar role. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in using various power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with plumbing and electrical installations is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
