: We are seeking a skilled and experienced joiner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of joinery work, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. The joiner will work closely with project managers, designers, and clients to deliver exceptional joinery solutions.

Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications - Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood and wood-based materials - Install joinery components at client sites - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Collaborate with project managers and designers to meet project requirements - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition - Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail

Qualifications and Skills: - Proven experience as a joiner with a strong portfolio of completed projects - Leadership and team skills - Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications - Excellent carpentry and joinery skills - Strong knowledge of different wood types and materials - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Health and safety awareness and adherence
