Job Description

Time served & experienced Joiner required for busy Insulation/Joinery/Renovations company based in East Kilbride.

Jobs range from simple loft flooring and ladder installs to full strip our renovations with insulation and energy efficiency as the main focus. We run a varied team of Joiners, Skilled hands and insulation fitters and the teams vary with each job.

The successful candidate must be willing to get their hands dirty and assist with stripping out, installing insulation as well as Joinery.

A fully UK license is required with a maximum of 7 points.

This is a Full Time (40 hours), permanent employed position on the books with 28 days paid holidays and contributory pension. 720 - 800 per week (depending on experience) before tax, paid weekly a week in arrears. 7.30am start at the yard in EK and work till 4.30 or until the job is complete, we aim for an early finish on Fridays. We work Bank Holiday and close over Christmas and New Year.

We are an insulation company primarily which carries out small Joinery jobs up to to full renovations. Training on our systems and products will be provided, but technical knowledge and the desire to pitch in is required. You will be required to carry out all aspects of our work, although preferably you will have jobs matched to your skill set.

We are looking for:

Time served & Experienced. Ideally previous domestic renovation experience. Full UK driving license. Must be reliable and willing to complete every job to a high standard, pitch in where needed and have a pleasant customer manner.
