Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled self-employed Joiner that must be able to work on own initiative, be friendly, and driven to leave a great job.

Jobs are located mainly in the Glasgow area, but we do have projects in the central belt and Edinburgh from time to time too. (check our instagram for recent works)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects, with proficiency in various hand and power tools. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on diverse projects such as bathrooms, kitchens, full renovations, cafe/bar fits, wardrobes/cabinetry.

A van and fuel card will be provided for you

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble wooden structures according to specifications Utilise own hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Perform carpentry tasks including bathroom roughing out, fitting kitchens, making MDF cabinets etc Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship Proven experience in joinery or related fields such as finishings, roughing, bespoke cabinetry and general joinery duties Strong skills in fabrication and assembly techniques Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade (own tools required) Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality standards Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team and on own initiative
