Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with experience in fabrication and assembly of timber windows and doors. This role requires proficiency with both hand and power tools, as well as the ability to undertake various construction tasks. The Joiner will be responsible for producing high-quality woodwork and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Duties



Fabricate and assemble wooden doors, windows and components according to specifications Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Perform joinery tasks including cutting, shaping, and finishing wood materials Engage in heavy lifting for the transportation of materials and equipment Assist with construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of finished projects Support in painting glazing or fitting if required.

Requirements



Proven experience in the manufacturing of timber doors and windows. Strong skills in fabrication and assembly techniques Proficiency with hand tools and power tools is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience in painting is preferred. (Not essential) Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: 13.00-20.00 per hour
