We specialise in timber frame erection and high-quality internal and external joinery on new build residential and commercial construction projects throughout Scotland. What We're Looking For

We are currently seeking experienced

Self-Employed Joiners

to join our team on several live construction sites. Due to a strong pipeline of ongoing and upcoming work, we require dependable tradespeople who can work independently and as part of a wider site team.

Duties Will Include:

Timber frame kit erection First fix and second fix joinery Installation of doors, skirtings, facings, and ironmongery Cladding and soffit installation Floor joists and roof structures Reading and working from construction drawings Liaising with site managers and ensuring quality control Maintaining safe working practices at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience in site-based joinery work CSCS card (valid and in date) Own tools, PPE, and reliable transport UTR number and proof of self-employed status Ability to work to programme deadlines A professional attitude and eye for detail

Pay: 20.00-25.00 per hour
