Cobalt Carbon Free is a family-run construction business, trading for over 15 years. Based in Nottingham specialising in retrofitting homes.

We are looking for an experienced Joiner, with experience in all types of domestic general joinery work. Tasks/jobs include things such as- all what entails in 1st & 2nd fix joinery work for domestic home refurbishing and building. Experience in timber flooring, kitchens and staircases all an advantage.

The role terms are negotiable, either PAYE or self employed all can be discussed. All our work is local, majority in and around Nottingham.

About the Role:

As our Joiner you will be responsible for undertaking a diverse range of Joinery tasks on our domestic retrofit projects, primarily located in and around Nottingham. Your broad skillset will be essential in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, to a high standard, and to the satisfaction of our clients. We're looking to build a strong and stable relationship with the right candidate providing consistent well paid work in a great team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining a keen eye for detail to ensure all work meets our high standards. Demonstrating resilience and effective problem-solving skills to overcome site challenges. Maintaining excellent punctuality and reliability. Working hard with a respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy approach. Utilizing excellent time management and organisational skills to work efficiently and to a high standard. Applying strong planning skills to utilise time and resources effectively. Making sound decisions under pressure to ensure project progression. Maintaining a strong awareness of and adherence to health and safety procedures and legislation to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Joiner. Excellent eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship. Resilience and strong problem-solving skills. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Hard working, respectful, well-mannered, and trustworthy. Excellent time management and the ability to work efficiently to a high standard. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to make decisions under pressure. Awareness of and compliance with health and safety procedures and legislation. Must be based in or able to commute to projects in and around Nottingham. Uk Driving license
