Key Responsibilities

As a Joiner, you will play a critical role in our production process, working on bespoke interior fit out projects. Your duties will include:

Cutting and Shaping Materials: Precisely cut, shape, and prepare wood, plastic, and other materials to exact specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project requirements. Bench Joinery: Perform skilled bench joinery tasks, including crafting and assembling custom components with accuracy and attention to detail. Assembly Work: Assemble shelving units, cabinetry, and other interior fixtures using a variety of tools, including drills, saws, and other small hand tools. Quality Assurance: Inspect and ensure all work meets our rigorous quality standards, maintaining the high level of craftsmanship our clients expect. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including designers, project managers, and fellow tradespeople, to ensure seamless project delivery. Health and Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

The role is based at our

Production Facility in Park Royal, North West London (NW10)

. You will be working directly with our in-house team, contributing to projects on-site. The facility is well-equipped with modern tools and machinery, providing an excellent environment for skilled joiners to thrive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 180.00-200.00 per day

Schedule:

10 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
Experience:

Carpentry / Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
