Overview

We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to fabricate and assemble various wooden structures and components. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes. The Joiner will work on a variety of projects, contributing to both residential and commercial builds.

Duties

Fabricate and assemble cabinetry and door. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets specified dimensions. Conduct painting and finishing tasks to enhance the appearance of completed projects. Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in joinery or carpentry is essential. Strong skills in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
