Job Opportunity: High-Level Finishing Joiner / Multi-Trader

Location: Manchester / Stockport (Various Sites)

Salary: 15 - 20 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Own van & tools is essential

Pattison Property Group is expanding, and we're looking for a skilled Finishing Joiner / Multi-Trader to join our growing team. We work on high-quality residential and commercial projects ranging from 30,000 to 300,000, and we're proud of our reputation for excellence, reliability, and strong client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be involved in a wide range of joinery and finishing tasks, including but not limited to:

1st and 2nd fix joinery Hanging doors and fitting ironmongery Skirting, architraves, and detailed mouldings Kitchen fitting and cabinetry installation Boxing-in and stud wall construction Flooring (timber, laminate, engineered) Bespoke joinery and detailed finishing work Minor plasterboarding, patching, and snagging where required Dorma construction Roof builds
? What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in high-end finishing joinery and multi-trade tasks Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on quality workmanship Outstanding customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have own van and tools Willingness to work across the North West region
