The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Joiner

to join our workshop. The main part of the job will be

making timber windows and doors

for our shepherd huts, but you'll also be expected to help out with other general workshop tasks when needed.

Main Duties

Manufacture timber

windows, doors, and frames

. Work from drawings and measurements accurately. Use woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools. Assist with general workshop duties such as preparing materials, assembling parts, and keeping the workshop tidy. Check work for quality and make sure deadlines are met.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a

Joiner/Bench Joiner

(windows and doors experience preferred). Confident using woodworking machinery and hand tools. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a small team. Health and safety aware.

Desirable

Driving licence. Experience working in a small workshop environment.
