Key Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials Install doors and frames, window sills, skirting boards, flooring, and bespoke fittings Interpret drawings and specifications accurately Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to safety guidelines Work closely with other trades within the company and our customers to deliver top results

Requirements:

Proven experience as a joiner or relevant trade certification Excellent knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude Ability to work independently or as part of a team Understanding of industry safety regulations and best practices Full UK driving licence

Desirable

Experience in other trades, multiskilled
Annual salary for this role starts at 30,000, dependent on experience, paid PAYE monthly, with 30 days holiday (including bank), long-service holiday incentives and our pension scheme.

This role will be field based, full time 40 hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with 30 minute lunch.

Travel time is paid outside of your core hours, at 12.21 per hour, with 30 minute 'commute' deducted each way.

Flexibility towards the business needs is required along with Saturday working, on a rota basis (one in three), paid as overtime.
