Rate of Pay 18.50PH

The Role

You'll work across both private and commercial sectors on a wide variety of jobs. Typical works include:

Full strip-outs and reinstatement following fire or flood Damp proofing and timber decay repairs General maintenance and property improvements 1st and 2nd fix joinery Hanging doors, skirting, architraves Laying flooring (laminate/hardwood) Kitchen installations Property reinstatement to pre-loss conditions
No two days are the same. You'll be part of a trusted team delivering high-quality finishes, often under tight deadlines -- so we need someone dependable, detail-driven and with pride in their work.

Who We're Looking For

We're after more than just skills. We're looking for someone who:

Is self-motivated and eager to learn Takes pride in delivering high standards Works well in a team and independently Has solid experience in joinery (insurance reinstatement or preservation experience is a bonus) Holds a full UK manual driving licence (ideally clean) Is health & safety conscious and keeps a tidy site Is physically fit and comfortable with heights/confined spaces Presents themselves professionally with a helpful and respectful manner

Important: A clean criminal record is essential due to the nature of our contracts.
