Job Description

A busy property maintenance company are looking to employ a maintenance joiner to join their team working on a wide range of maintenance jobs in central Scotland, primarily within residential let properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience and have a good work ethic and can do attitude. Full driving licence required with no more than 5 penalty points.

CSCS card is preferred but not essential.

Candidate desirable skills

Time served joiner

Minor/basic plumbing skills

General Repairs & maintenance background

Working in fast passed environment, you will be responsible for the jobs assigned to you and are expected to complete works courtessly with minimal disruption to clients, reporting back to the office regularly.

Experience
Proven experience & qualifications as a joiner or carpenter
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
Familiarity with woodworking techniques and joinery methods
Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
