Job Description

Time served multi skilled tradesman required; Must have joinery and basic plumbing experience. Working predominantly on kitchen and bathroom repair and refurbishment work, although other small works will be expected.
The ideal candidate will be a time served joiner with the ability to tile and carry out basic plumbing including installation wetwall boards. They would need some supervisory/management experience and able to coordinate trades.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently, in both tenanted and void properties, and will be expected to manage their work load and communicate effectively with the management team on a daily basis.
Requirements -
CSCS Card Required. Own tools required. Well presented. Good communication skills. Full UK driving license.

Works to mainly concern occupied and void property social housing contracts.
