Joinery Assistant
Job Description
St Andrews Property Co is seeking a time-served joiner to work on a project near St Andrews.
The expected contract length is 6 months and there may be further opportunities beyond that.
You will be under the supervision of the principle joiner onsite and must be happy to work alone.
Whilst this is a full time fixed contract position on offer, we're happy to be flexible if you only wished to work a certain number of days a week to accommodate self-employed work.
Vehicle can be provided. You should have your own tools.
General joinery to include:
1st fix structure
partitioning
Insulating
Boarding
Flooring
Doors, skirtings and other standard finishings
Window installation inc velux
general roofing
Door installation
Kitchen installation
Bathroom structure and boarding
Requirements:
Time Served joiner
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical stamina and punctuality.
Valid driver's license.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From 20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
