Job Description

We have an opportunity to join our Joint Response team for someone with strong communication and relationship building skills and ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload load to join our team on a permanent, full time basis.

The main purpose of the Joint Response Associate is to manage the administration of UK customer requirements for both short and long term consignment stock through the business systems Sage and WebOps, As the and Joint Response Associate you will also process and ship all instrument set and implant loan booking in a timely and quality controlled manner and process and functionally check all returned instruments.

The key responsibilities of a Joint Response Associate are to



Co-ordinate the collection of all short-term loan kits and RMA requirements with our courier partners Co-ordinate all same day shipping requirements for loan kits, replenishment implants and replacement instruments with our Courier partner. Process all instrument loan sets including washing, checking, preparing, packing and despatching, ensuring delivery to the customer is not compromised Maintain the presentation of the above sets at all times including information packs and shipment tubs/cases. Work with the Instrument Assembly Cell for all instrument set refurbs and repairs to ensure sets are to a high standard and suitable for use. Operate the short-term loans booking system to actively manage all daily/weekly/monthly workload. Information sourcing from other departments, in order to sort out any issue that arise which may affect the customer Operate the instrument washers for the cleaning of all short-term loan sets Operate the Kardex shuttles to store all short-term loan instrument sets, Stock control and accurate checking of all instrument stock. Ensure good housekeeping in and around the Joint Response department. Support the implant processing function as and when required. Undertake any requirements on behalf of Corin as requested by the Team Leader.

The ideal Joint Response Associate will;



Have previous experience within a customer interfacing environment Previous manufacturing / warehouse / logistics experience would be advantageous Minimum educational requirement grade C and above in Maths and English Be able to analyse daily workload and highlight issues and show pro-activeness to solve those issues. Be flexible and able to react quickly to the changing demands of the customer. Be able to work accurately in pressure situations. Have good computer knowledge with the ability to pick things up quickly. Have good communication skills and establish successful working relationships Show a good work ethic and be a team player. Keen attention to detail.
