A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A JUNIOR CONCIERGE AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY HOTEL




What you'll be doing...



Reporting to the Head Concierge, you can expect your working day to include the following.


Make reservations for guests, such as restaurant bookings, transportation, and event tickets. Provide information and recommendations to guests about local attractions, restaurants, transportation, and other services. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively. Assist in organizing and coordinating special events or guest amenities. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain records of guest interactions and transactions in a professional and confidential manner.

To succeed in the role of Junior Concierge, you will need the following qualities and skills.


Previous customer service experience is a plus. Strong verbal and non-verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of the local area and attractions. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with reservation and booking systems. Professional appearance and demeanour. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
