The Role

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a German speaking Junior Account Manager to join us. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

Requirements

Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business. Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications. Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process. Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.

Key skills for success in the role

Target-driven with a strong sales mindset. Excellent communication skills - with the ability to interact via phone and email. Comfortable in Microsoft excel. Customer focused mindset. Fluent in German and English

Salary range: 30,000 - 32,000 + up to 7k performance bonus
