What you'll do:

Support senior account managers in managing day-to-day client relationships. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to a high standard. Prepare reports, presentations, and insights to help clients see the value of our work. Monitor project progress, flagging potential challenges, and helping to find solutions. Learn the ins and outs of client communication and account management best practices.

What we're looking for:

A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Comfort with spreadsheets, presentations, and email (bonus points if you already love working with data or project management tools).
