What You'll Be Doing:

New Business Generation

- Prospecting, cold calling, and outbound outreach to identify and open new customer accounts.

Account Ownership

- Once a customer is onboarded, you'll manage and grow the relationship, acting as their main point of contact.

Sales Pipeline Management

- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve monthly GP and activity targets.

Customer Retention & Growth

- Proactively upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximise account value.

Collaboration

- Work with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:

Confidence, resilience, and enthusiasm for outbound sales A proactive mindset with a strong desire to build a career in sales Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised and target-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts Previous B2B sales experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training provided
What We Offer:

25,000 - 30,000 base salary
