As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be part of a fast-moving sales and account management team that plays a vital role in building strong customer relationships and driving commercial success across our retail and ecommerce channels.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior account managers, buyers, and marketing teams to help manage key client accounts, monitor sales performance, and support new product launches across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and other retail partners.
You will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of key accounts, ensuring accurate listings, tracking performance, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong communication with partners. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys problem-solving, is commercially aware, and wants to grow in a client-facing, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Retail Account Expansion:
Identify and close deals with major UK retailers, wholesalers, and independent chains, pushing our products into new and existing markets.
Strategic Business Development:
Build, develop, and execute high-value sales strategies to maximise market penetration across multiple product categories.
End-to-End Account Management:
Own the relationship from the first pitch to long-term partnerships, working closely with buyers, logistics, and operations to ensure seamless execution.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive volume sales through strong negotiation, category expertise, and solution-based selling.
Market Leadership:
Stay ahead of industry trends, analysing data to identify new opportunities and provide customers with insights that drive sales.
Product Expertise:
Work across 12+ categories, advising retailers on top-performing lines, trend-driven product selection, and category growth opportunities.
Trade Show Representation:
Represent Keplin at Spring Fair, Autumn Fair, and major B2B retail events, pitching to buyers and forging strong relationships.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in
B2B sales, FMCG, or retail account management
(experience with major retailers is a plus).
Experience in wholesale, distribution, or supplier-side retail negotiations.
Hunter mentality - a go-getter who thrives in a high-energy, high-reward environment.
Strong commercial acumen - ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and close high-value deals.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills - confident in pitching to decision-makers.
