Key Responsibilities:
Support the account management team with day-to-day tasks.
Communicate with clients and handle their inquiries professionally.
Assist in preparing proposals and client presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver events and projects on time.
Conduct market research and identify opportunities for client growth.
Keep client information and project records up to date.
Requirements:
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in project coordination or administrative support.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Some experience in
events or hospitality
is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Marketing, Communications
, or a related field preferred.
