Role Title: Junior Account Manager
Reports to: Account Lead / Portfolio Director
Location: UK Hybrid (with some client visits)
Level: Junior-Mid
Experience: 1-2 years project delivery
Salary - 32k-35k
Purpose of the Role
This hybrid role supports both account management and PMO functions. Ideal for someone who has recently delivered digital projects (public sector or consultancy) and is looking to develop client-facing and portfolio management skills.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with account planning, client updates, and renewals
Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, resource planning sheets
Coordinate internal project reporting for leadership
Ensure delivery governance and cadence is maintained (stand-ups, reviews)
Escalate risks or delivery blockers early
Must-Have Skills
Agile delivery understanding (Scrum/Kanban)
1-2 years project coordination or delivery experience
Strong comms and stakeholder engagement capability
Familiar with Google Suite, Jira, Confluence
Desirable
Worked in or with public sector clients
Exposure to GDS/DDaT framework
