Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Location: Euston House, Euston Way, Telford, TF3 4LY

Salary: 28,000, plus an extremely attractive commission structure and incentives.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

This new role involves outbound telephone sales and converting leads generated for you by the lead generation team. It's now time for you to take control and get the sale yourself! You will be contacting Business customers to not only develop and maintain existing client relationships, but also to open doors for new business development.

You will be required to fact find and build a good rapport with business customers over the phone, to ensure we offer the correct telephony packages to meet their business needs. All data is supplied, and full training given.

What you will need and the type of person we are looking for:



Experience working in a sales/telesales environment, preferably telecoms.

Excellent communication skills and bubbly personality.

To be comfortable speaking on the phone for outbound sales and lead generation.

A desire to work hard, and meet monthly targets

Strong ability to overcome objections and remain positive throughout

Ability to talk confidently to customers and answer questions and queries.

Strong customer focus to ensure you meet customers' requirements and to maintain company standards of excellent service at all times.

General knowledge of Microsoft and ability to pick up inhouse computer systems easily.
