What's on Offer

Job Type: Full-time or part-time - we're flexible! Salary: 24,500 - 35,000 per year (based on qualifications and experience) Location: Modern Derby office with free on-site parking Working Style: Flexible and hybrid options available after probation

Your Role

You'll be working with a variety of clients and supporting our team with:

Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies Completing VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and bookkeeping Assisting with management accounts and client reporting Building strong relationships with clients through clear and professional communication Supporting senior colleagues and reviewing junior team members' work Using cloud-based software like Xero, QuickBooks, and others

What We're Looking For

UK-based accountancy practice experience (essential) AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA Solid understanding of UK accounting and tax principles Great time management and communication skills Confidence using cloud accounting platforms
