Junior Accountant

to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience and grow with a dynamic company.

The Role and Your Responsibilities

As our Junior Accountant, you'll be a vital part of our finance team. You'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

Assisting in preparing annual accounts, with budgets and financial statements. Reporting on debtors and creditors.

Reconciliations and Data Entry:

Performing bank reconciliations across various platforms, including Amazon, PayPal, and other e-commerce sites. You'll also manage day-to-day transactions and ensure accurate data entry into our software systems.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

Handling key financial documents like invoices and bills, and managing both accounts payable and receivable.

Operational Support:

Liaising with external partners and senior management, as well as assisting with property acquisitions and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The Team

: You will be part of a UK and International accountancy team.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is ready to take the next step in their accounting career.

Experience & Qualifications:

You are

accountancy trained

or hold a recognized qualification (ACCA/ACA). You have a

minimum of 3 years of experience

in an accounting department. You have

strong reconciliation skills

across e-commerce and retail platforms.

Technical Skills:

Solid working knowledge of

Sage

and

Xero

. Advanced

Excel skills

are a must, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements. You're confident using MS Office and are generally PC literate.

Personal Attributes:

You are an effective communicator who can work well with all levels of staff. You're a creative problem-solver who can handle pressure. You have a strong sense of attention to detail.
