Your role


As an Advisor at Capgemini, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers innovative solutions to our clients across various industries. You will work alongside experienced professionals who will mentor you and help develop your consulting skills while you contribute to meaningful projects.




In this role you will play a key role in:

Supporting project teams in gathering and analyzing client requirements to develop tailored solutions, guidance, and advice. Conducting research and data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions Assisting in the preparation of client deliverables including presentations, reports, and documentation Participating in client meetings and workshops to understand business challenges and contribute to solution development Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that address client needs Supporting testing activities and quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet client expectations Continuously developing your technical and consulting skills through training and on-the-job learning Support senior consultants in the scoping and assessment of value generated by our client engagements

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or related field Familiarity with the scientific method Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail A passion for learning about business processes and operations Understanding of technology concepts and digital transformation Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in team environments and adapt to changing priorities Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment
