We're looking for a Junior Affiliate Executive to join our Gibraltar team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support and develop kwiff's affiliate programme, working closely with partners and internal teams to maximise growth opportunities. If you're curious about digital marketing, eager to learn the ropes of affiliate management, and ready to roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving environment, this could be your launchpad into the iGaming world.

Your role & responsibilities:

Affiliate Account Management - Create, manage, and update affiliate accounts, ensuring details are accurate and up to date. First-Line Support - Act as the go-to contact for affiliate partners, answering queries and providing support that's professional, helpful, and timely. Affiliate Communications - Help plan, write, and manage affiliate newsletters and email campaigns that drive engagement and keep partners informed. Compliance Collaboration - Support gambling compliance tasks, including liaising with affiliates to meet regulatory requirements. Outreach & Growth - Research, identify, and approach new affiliate opportunities that align with kwiff's business goals. Project Coordination - Take ownership of assigned projects, keeping them on track and well organised. Performance Monitoring - Track and review daily data in Income Access, ensuring accuracy and flagging insights to the wider team. General Support - Get involved with other affiliate or marketing tasks that keep the programme running smoothly.

Key skills we're looking for:

Digital Marketing Interest - A genuine passion for marketing and how affiliates drive growth. Organised & Detail-Oriented - You take pride in accuracy and can manage multiple deadlines at once. Tech-Savvy - Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong Communicator - Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to build relationships across teams and partners. People Person - Positive, approachable, and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills. iGaming Awareness - Experience in online gaming or digital marketing is a plus, but not essential.
