The Role



We're looking for a

Junior AI & Process Improvement Executive

to join the business. This is an

entry-level, office-based role

, ideal for a recent graduate or someone at the start of their career who has a strong interest in

AI, software, and technology

.

You'll work across different parts of the business, looking at how we currently operate and exploring how

AI and automation tools

could improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. This is a hands-on role where curiosity, problem-solving, and a willingness to learn are key.

An initial one-month contract but the option to review at the end.

Key Responsibilities



Review and understand existing internal processes across sales, operations, and administration Identify opportunities where AI, automation, or software tools could improve efficiency or reduce manual work Test, prototype, and help implement simple AI-driven or tech-based improvements Work closely with management and teams across the business to understand real-world challenges Research new tools, platforms, and best practices and suggest practical ideas we can trial Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives across the business

About You



Entry-level candidate, ideally a recent graduate or someone early in their career Strong interest in

AI, software, and technology

A good all-rounder with tech -- comfortable picking up new tools and systems Logical, curious, and enjoys solving problems Some familiarity with

AI tools

is essential; experience with

Python

is a bonus but not required Confident communicating ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues
