Role Purpose



Expert Heath Ltd has over 15 years of experience in leading the way in Digital Medicine. Our mission is to achieve excellence in delivering personalised and accessible healthcare on a large scale. Our algorithms are the basis of our patient-facing digital consultations and clinician-facing decision-making tool. Our algorithms power brands such as LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor, Well Online Doctor and Sexual Health London.

You'll work closely with a team comprised of clinicians, algorithm builders, developers and Quality Analysts. You'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimising the advanced healthcare algorithms that power our core services. We work within an Agile team environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively and efficiently.

This role is suited for individuals who thrive on tackling challenges, blending logical analysis with creative problem-solving. We're looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team as a logical and lateral thinker.

Key Responsibilities



Design & Development

: Help to develop, implement, and optimise cutting-edge med-tech algorithms, ensuring that they meet all clinical and compliance requirements.

Collaboration

: Work closely with clinicians to deliver high quality, clinically robust algorithms. Work closely with the Product team and software developers to integrate algorithms into production systems.

Testing & Evaluation

- Test algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Analyse algorithm performance and make necessary adjustments.

Documentation

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for quality assurance of algorithms in line with MDR / UKCA guidelines.

Experience and Qualifications



Postgraduate qualification, ideally in healthcare, science or mathematics Some coding experience and/or interest in coding Strong communicator with excellent language skills Personable and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment Ability to work in an agile environment and willingness to adapt No previous experience required. In house training will be provided.

Additional Information



Employment Type: Full-time hybrid working.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
