About the Role

We're looking for a

Junior Application Support Technician

to join our growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build technical skills and gain hands-on experience supporting business-critical applications.

In this role, you'll be providing

first-line support

for our internal users on the Amtivo Connect ERP solution. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage support tickets, and learn from senior team members - all while playing a key part in keeping our systems running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Work closely with the Application Support team to resolve support tickets.

Provide first-line support via our ITSM solution, including troubleshooting and documenting solutions.

Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed.

Support testing activities under supervision.

Keep users updated on progress and maintain accurate ticket records.

Take part in training and ongoing learning to develop your technical skillset.

Support tickets resolved or escalated in a timely manner.

Visible progress in developing your technical skills.
