Job Description

The Junior Artworker will play a key role in supporting the creative vision for our portfolio of brands. Based at our Hunters office in York, this role provides an exciting opportunity to work on diverse design projects while developing your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Head of Design, the Junior Artworker will focus on creating both templated and custom artwork that aligns with each brand's unique identity. You'll have the chance to work collaboratively across various teams, refine your creative skills, and grow within one of the UK's leading franchising groups in the lettings and estate agency sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop templated and bespoke artwork for campaigns, collateral, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with the visual identity of TPFG's collection of brands.

Assist in creating initial design concepts and drafts under the guidance of the Head of Design.

Ensure all artwork meets strict brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all platforms.

Adjust designs based on feedback while upholding design standards and deadlines.

Exhibit a keen eye for detail and an understanding of aesthetics to deliver polished, professional visuals.

Effectively manage your time to meet project deadlines while juggling multiple tasks.

Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.

Desirable Experience

Prior experience in graphic design, either professionally or as part of a personal portfolio.

A strong foundation in visual design principles, with an eagerness to learn and grow in a professional setting.

Has exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, with strong proofreading skills.

Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills to effectively present ideas and build strong partnerships across various functions.

Is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (video editing skills are a bonus).

A passion for graphic design, digital media, and emerging trends in the industry.

Skills and Attributes

Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Canva, with the ability to adapt to new tools as needed.

Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Exceptional organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple priorities effectively.

A proactive, can-do approach with a talent for thinking outside the box.
