Junior Asset Manager
to support both property management and business operations. If you're organised, commercially aware, and ready to grow your career in asset management -- this is an excellent opportunity.Key Responsibilities
Support property portfolio management: tenant liaisons, maintenance coordination, inspections Monitor rental income, invoices, budgets, and property-related costs Assist with reporting, compliance, contracts, and insurance processes Provide smooth administrative support to directors across property and business functions
What We're Looking For
Some experience in property, construction, or administrative roles [preferred] Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail Confident communicator with suppliers, tenants, and project teams Strong numeracy and IT skills (Excel essential) Full UK driving licence (for site/property visits)
