Here at Bespoke-ly, we are a truly creative company both in terms of what we produce and what we offer our clients. We are the trusted partner to global companies like Netflix, Spotify and HSBC, giving them and their recipients memorable gifting solutions whatever the occasion. This is an exciting time to join the business as we continue to scale off the back of years of strong double digit growth. This year will see us expand our UK HQ, launch into the US and further expand our digital and physical offerings. Every team member has the opportunity to make a difference and play an instrumental role in our next phase of expansion. Hold on tight!
We believe in using technology to drive efficiency, innovation, and smarter ways of working. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Junior Automation Engineer to help us streamline processes, improve workflows, and build automation that makes a real impact.
We are looking for someone who is inquisitive and can find solutions in problems rather than roadblocks. If you love problem-solving, optimising workflows, and bringing ideas to life through automation, this role is for you.
The role
This role is all about enabling the business to play better to its strengths and helping us scale whilst simultaneously simplifying our approach to processes.
We've already started our automation journey, and probably have 200+ automated workflows in the business, however we know this is just the beginning and a lot more can be done. You will initially own these automations, audit them and make them more robust, so they not only work but they work every time, and have the right failsafes in place. You'll make them future-proof and more effective.
You'll also be responsible for introducing new automations and technology to the business, which means investigating and understanding our current processes and bringing the relevant team members on the automation journey. To be successful, you'll encourage an efficiency-first mindset across all workstreams and find ways to seamlessly embed yourself into all of our teams.
You will initially report directly into the Managing Director, which means you'll have full buy-in from the top of the business. Over time, we will likely create a "Technology" department led by a Head of Technology (could that be you?).
A day in your life!
