Junior Banking Operations Analyst




Ebury London Office - Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home per week





This position will be part of the Banking and Expansion team of Ebury Group, interact constantly with our banking partners, and report to the Banking Relationship Manager.


What you'll do




Processing new account opening requests & account opening documentation with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payment service providers;ownership of process to completion Assisting the Bank Account Management process across all relevant teams Maintenance of Ebury's banking mandates Coordinating the notarisation and certification of banking related documentation Collecting financial and other relevant business information to send and receive to banking partners as they request information for periodic review Organising & maintaining all onboarding and account opening documentation Assist updating and presenting the banking meetings agendas Action, maintain and update the Bank permissions and Escalations document Assist with meeting minute-taking and communication with relevant stakeholders (internal and external) regarding ongoing projects Documenting new processes and procedures Liaising and working with Ebury's auditors on all pending audit requests Assist with responding and managing ad hoc requests received into the team inbox in a timely manner

What you'll need





Diligent, with good attention to detail and analytic mind Proactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressure Working successfully in a target driven operational environment Good communication skills, both written and verbal Co-operative, and comfortable working in a team environment Curious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and procedures Adaptable, with the ability to cope with changing products, processes and procedures Motivated, with a desire to make Ebury a success Fluency in English, any other language is considered a real benefit An understanding of financial markets is a plus
