Duties

Providing personalised hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and offering professional advice Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work stations in accordance with health and safety regulations Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills Managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times Keeping up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products Ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilised and properly maintained Promoting salon services and products to maximise client satisfaction and retention

Experience

Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment is preferred Skills in hair styling, barbering, or related cosmetology fields are essential Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with clients and team members Previous experience working as a barber or hair stylist will be advantageous but is not mandatory for entry-level candidates willing to learn A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics is vital for success in this role
