We're excited to offer a brand-new opportunity for a
Junior Branch Manager
to join our growing team in Swindon.
This is a hands-on, learning-focused role designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in a thriving, customer-focused business. You'll gain experience across every part of our operation; from supporting the sales and support team, to helping in the warehouse and learning how the branch runs day-to-day.
No two days will be the same, and you'll be supported every step of the way as you develop your knowledge and confidence.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with customer enquiries, quotes, and orders
Helping to source suppliers and manage stock
Supporting warehouse and delivery operations when required
Learning how to identify new business opportunities and build customer relationships
Working alongside the Branch Manager and Technical Sales team to keep things running smoothly
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time

You'll fit in well if you are:
Motivated, reliable, and eager to take on new challenges
A good communicator who enjoys working with people
Keen to learn about our products, customers, and industry
Comfortable getting involved wherever needed -- from warehouse tasks to customer service
Looking for a long-term opportunity to progress into branch or operations management
